If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Whether the fit was not right or you simply changed your mind, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Returns must include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email

To start a return, email us at support@silkendistrict.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and we will send you a confirmation email once it has been processed.

• Original shipping is always free, no restocking fees, no surprise charges
